Heather serves as the Director of Client Operations/Client Services Manager. She has worked with Jim for over 30 years, and specializes in answering administrative questions, helping prevent and correct account issues, and offering efficient assistance designed to compliment the range of investment services that we offer. She is also a Pennsylvania Notary Public.
